mouse pointer fade problem

Mouse pointer is not faded out when fullscreen.

Output: EVR cp, D3D fullscreen, Vicubic A=-0.75
Internal Filters: default and no External filters
color management: on

Mouse pointer is well faded out when not in fullscreen and fullscreen without D3D fullscreen.

Mouse pointer is not faded out when on top option is not default in D3D fullscreen.

FYI, when mouse pointer is not faded out, if mouse pointer is located in outside of the video frame(When I watch a 720p video with normal video frame size on 1080p monitor), it's faded out.

This is issue should be fixed by 68d512e. Please try the latest beta version to confirm this.
