Description

Hi there,

there are some GUI elements which should be greyed out (as similar elements) if the associated option is disabled:

(1) "Internal Filters" > "Audio Switcher" > option "Audio time shift (ms):" | Box for milliseconds (ms)
(2) "Internal Filters" > "Audio Switcher" > option "Regain volume" | Slider for decibel (dB)
(3) "Miscellaneous" > option "Enable automatic update check" | text "Delay between each check:"

(4) "Playback" > "EVR Sync Settings" > option "Sync display to display" | text "Frequency adjustment:" and box for frequency
(5) "Playback" > "EVR Sync Settings" > option "Sync display to video" | text "Frequency adjustment:" and boxes for lines and columns

And how about these?

(6) "Player" > "Keys" > option "WinLIRC:" | Box for address:port number
(7) "Player" > "Keys" > option "uICE:" | Box for address:port number

(8) "Player" > "Web Interface" > option "Listen on port:" | Anything else on this page "Web Interface"
(9) "Player" > "Web Interface" > option "Serve pages from:" | Anything else below this option "Serve pages from:"

Tested with MPC-HC 1.6.3.5305.

Thanks. :)

1-5 are done.
6-7 the page applies changes on the fly, so there it makes sense to have it enabled to change port numbers before hitting checkboxes.
8-9 the whole page is strange.
